I didn't want to take part in too many challenges this year since I won't get to read as much - with mock exams, final IB exams, and then going to university - so I picked just a couple. Obviously I had to pick the Debut Author Challenge, because it was awesome last year and there are so many amazing debut authors out there. This year it's hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. I've read quite a few in 2013 which sadly won't count towards this challenge, but I adored so many of those. Anyway, here is my list categorized by month of release. I will link the titles to my review as soon as they are posted, and I will be adding more books as I hear of them. I'm challenging myself to read 20 2014 debuts this year.

The second challenge I'm taking part in is the NetGalley & Edelweiss Reading Challenge. My NetGalley feedback ratio is already at 80%, but I definitely have a LOT of Edelweiss books to read this year! This challenge is hosted by Emily at Falling for YA. There are levels for how many books you will read, and I'm aiming for 50, which is gold. The awesome thing about this challenge? The books don't have to be released in 2014. But I don't think that makes a difference to me since I think all my eGalleys are 2014 books. Anyway, here is my list, also categorized by release month like for DAC 2014. I will link my reviews as soon as they are posted.

2014 Rec Swap Challenge
This isn't an official challenge, just one between me and Laura from Laura Plus Books. We're challenging each other to read 5 books we recommend to the other - published any time, but we have to read them in 2014. Here is the blog post if you want to see it!
Laura has challenged me to read these books below. If I review them, I will link my reviews to the titles.
